Having been in the tech field for nearly a decade, I've had positions all across the spectrum of IT support. Prior to Approachable, I worked for an accounting consultancy on an internal, two-person team supporting over 200 end users. I'm a huge sports fan (Orioles and Commanders), and try to catch every game. I also love going to flea markets and spending time in my local community.
